Lily finds herself in big trouble at her witch school's Samhain celebrations when someone tries to take her valuable and magical moonstone.,With her animal guardian and her powerful magic gemstone, Lily Halfmoon and her friends help protect the town of Piedraville from all kinds of dangers. It's almost Samhain, when magic is at its strongest, and witches from all over the world are gathering at Lily's school. There will be a meeting of The Witches' Council, but there will also be plenty of fun activities like magic demonstrations, kelpie taming and flying races. But Lily is in trouble. A mysterious person is after her rare moonstone, and if they get their hands on it, it could threaten everything Lily holds dear. Will Lily have the strength to fight for what she believes? Xavier Bonet is a self-taught illustrator and comic book artist. He lives in Barcelona with his two children. He started in a little animation studio as a background artist, and eventually embarked on a career as a professional illustrator. He has illustrated many children's books including Omnia by Laura Gallego, the volumes of Michael Dahl's Really Scary Stories, The Keepers Trilogy by Lian Tanner and Jabberwocky and Other Poems by Lewis Carroll.
