The Littlest Bear loves to play and explore in the snow, but he wishes he had a friend to play with. His mother warns him to stay close so the Wild White Wolf can't catch him. Then, when the littlest bear wanders off one night, he stumbles across another little animal who is wild and white and a wolf!

The little boy in this book is desperate to have a dog as a pet. After all, what's the use in having a goldfish when they don't catch sticks, they don't wag their tail and they don't go for walks. But he's about to find out that there's much more to his goldfish than meets the eye.
