At The Library is a programme of artist-led workshops, projects, commissions and happenings in community libraries in Sefton, mainly based in Bootle, Netherton and Crosby libraries. We aim to make a new civic and cultural role for Sefton’s libraries, offering new experiences, new meeting points, new reasons to gather and ways to spend time together. At The Library is curated and produced by Rule of Threes Arts in partnership with Sefton Libraries with funding from Arts Council England and the National Lottery Community Fund. Check out their events and projects.
